  • Size: The pattern creates an ear warmer that is 20” wide and 4” high (prior to assembly). You can easily adjust the size. Instructions are included in the pattern.
  • Yarn: Any size 5 (bulky) yarn. You will need approximately 65 yds for each ear warmer. I used Bernat Velvet yarn in the color “Misty Gray.” This yarn is size 5 (bulky) and 100% polyester. A skein is 315 yds / 288 m and 300 g / 10.5 oz.
  • Crochet Hook Size: I/9 (5.50 mm).
  • Other Materials: Yarn needle, scissors and a measuring tape. Optional: a stitch marker.
  • Terminology: The pattern is written in English for right-handed crochet using standard US crochet terminology.
