• Size: The pattern creates a headband that is approx. 16.5” long and 2” wide (plus 5” braids on both ends)
• Yarn: Approx. 35 yds of any size 4 cotton yarn. I used Bernat Handicrafter Cotton Yarn in various colors. This yarn is size 4 (medium) and 100% cotton. A skein is 80 yds / 73 m and 1.75 oz / 50 g.
• Crochet Hook: F/5 (3.75 mm)
• Other Materials: scissors and a measuring tape.
• Terminology: The pattern is written in English for right-handed crochet using standard US crochet terminology.
