- Yarn: Approx. 35 yds of any size 4 cotton yarn. I used Bernat Handicrafter Cotton Yarn in various colors. This yarn is size 4 (medium) and 100% cotton. A skein is 80 yds / 73 m and 1.75 oz / 50 g.
- Crochet Hook: F/5 (3.75 mm)
- Other Materials: scissors and a measuring tape.
- Terminology: The pattern is written in English for right-handed crochet using standard US crochet terminology.
