How to cancel your monthly or annual All-Access Membership in three simple steps:

Step 1: Login to your Account page

Please login to your Account page on the All-Access Membership here: https://membership.jototheworld.com/account

(To login, use your email address and whatever password you set or select “Lost Password” to be sent a link to reset your password).

Step 2: Click on the Subscriptions tab

From your Account page, click on the “Subscriptions” tab here: https://membership.jototheworld.com/account?action=subscriptions

Step 3: Click Cancel

In the Subscriptions tab, you should see your membership details including the membership type (annual or monthly), next billing date, and payment details.

You should also see 3 links: Update, Change Plan and Cancel.

Click “Cancel.”

After clicking Cancel, a popup will appear asking “Are you sure you want to cancel this subscription?” Click YES to cancel your membership.

After you cancel, you won’t be charged again. You will still have access to download patterns in the Pattern Library until your membership expires.

If at any time you would like to start your membership again, you can join again here.
