Declined Transactions

If your payment was not successful, you may need to contact your credit card provider to approve the payment.

One reason for this is that Jo to the World Creations is based in Canada (but all shop prices are in USD). If you are outside of Canada, your credit card provider/bank may flag the payment as an International purchase. Please contact your bank to approve the payment.

Even if you have International purchases enabled on your credit card, your bank still may require you to approve the payment. Please contact your bank/credit card provider.

If your bank asks for more information, you can provide the following information:

Other reasons for an unsuccessful purchase include:

• An incorrect credit card number.
• An expired credit card.
• Insufficient funds.
• You are in the European Union or Northern Ireland (please see below).

Your credit card provider/bank can provide more information.

EU and Northern Ireland

Due to General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requirements that went into effect on December 13, 2024, purchases cannot be made from European Union countries and Northern Ireland.

If you are in an EU country or in Northern Ireland, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase any patterns or bundles from my shop.
