Wondering where is the PDF pattern you paid for? Or you didn’t get the PDF you ordered? Perhaps you searched “Where is my order?” This guide is here to help…

First of all, thank you for your purchase!

After purchasing from my Shop, an email is automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

The subject of the email is “Order Confirmation from Jo to the World Creations” and it contains the link(s) to download the pattern(s) you purchased.

Please check every inch of your inbox including your spam folder, junk mail folder and promotions tab (on Gmail).

You can also search your inbox for: Order Confirmation from Jo to the World Creations.

Other than the Order Confirmation email ending up in a junk/spam folder, another reason for not receiving the order confirmation is if you have multiple email addresses and used one email address when you made your purchase but are checking another email address’s inbox. Please check all your inboxes for all of your email addresses.

If you still have not received the Order Confirmation email after 5 minutes, please contact me and include the following information:

• What email address did you use to make the purchase?
• Which pattern(s) or bundle(s) did you purchase? Please include the exact name of the pattern or bundle as listed in my shop (please list the exact name such as “Serene Baby Blanket” and not “a baby blanket pattern” or “the pink blanket”).
• What was the date of your purchase?

Please include all of this information when you contact me and I will resend the Order Confirmation email.
