If you have purchased a pattern from my shop (thank you!) and you are having trouble downloading the pattern(s), this guide is here to help.

Please note: this article is for customers who have purchased a pattern from my shop. My free patterns are not downloadable – please see Free Patterns vs PDF Patterns for more information.

Also, please note that I do not provide downloading support. This guide is here to help with any issues you are having.

Immediately after making a purchase, you will receive an email with the subject line: “Order Confirmation from Jo to the World Creations.” Here is a guide if you cannot find the Order Confirmation email. This email contains the link(s) to download the pattern(s) you purchased.

Please open the Order Confirmation email and scroll down to the section called “Downloads.”

In this Downloads section, there is a column called “Download.”

The link to download the pattern is in this Download column and it is underlined. The name of the link is: “PDF Download – {Pattern Name} Crochet Pattern.”

Please click on the link(s) under the “Download” column to download the pattern.

Here’s an example showing where the link is (the exact name of the Product & Download will depend on the pattern(s) you purchased):

The pattern should immediately open up on your device or it may be automatically saved to your device.

Exact downloading instructions depend on the device you are using and your browser. Here is a general guide on how to download.
