All purchases made from the Shop (jototheworld.com/shop) are for PDF Digital Downloads of crochet patterns. They are not the actual products. You will need to have the ability to download files on your device. Jo to the World Creations does not provide download or printing support. Please ensure your device is able to download documents before purchasing. 

The item(s) pictured are representations of what can be made by following the crochet pattern instructions. The final item made by following the crochet pattern can vary significantly due to different yarn weights and types, hook sizes, tensions and techniques.

Prices for patterns are in US dollars. Prices and discounts are subject to change at any time. 

Jo to the World Creations is located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. If you are outside of Canada, please note that some credit card providers or banks charge a foreign transaction fee for international purchases (fees vary depending on the credit card or bank’s terms but are typically 2.5% of the purchase, which would be approximately $0.11 for a $4.49 pattern). Please check with your bank or credit card provider before making a purchase. These fees are charged by the credit card provider or bank, not from Jo to the World Creations.

Membership

The website: membership.jototheworld.com is a division of Jo to the World Creations and adheres to the same policies referenced in these Terms & Conditions.

Memberships are available to purchase on a monthly or annual basis. Once you become a member, you get instant access to download my complete library of PDF crochet patterns. You will need to have the ability to download files on your device. Jo to the World Creations does not provide download or printing support. Please ensure your device is able to download documents before purchasing.

The PDF crochet patterns are not the actual products. The item(s) pictured are representations of what can be made by following the crochet pattern instructions. The final item made by following the crochet pattern can vary significantly due to different yarn weights and types, hook sizes, tensions and techniques. 

Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Any monthly or annual payments that have already been made cannot be refunded unless required under your country’s consumer law or other relevant consumer protection law. Once a membership has been cancelled and the membership has expired, you will no longer be able to download PDF crochet patterns from the Pattern Library. 

Membership rates are in US dollars and include any applicable taxes. Membership rates are subject to change at any time. Current members will be given 30 days notice before a rate change is implemented. In the event that the membership program is cancelled, you will be notified 30 days in advance. 

When you become a member, you will be added to a member-specific mailing list to receive notifications about new patterns being added or promotional emails related to your membership. You can opt out of these emails anytime.

You are welcome to sell items made from my patterns. Please include a link and reference jototheworld.com. Please do not use any images. I’d love to see what you make! Please email me with pics or tag @jototheworldcreations in your posts.

Safety

All items made from crochet patterns by Jo to the World Creations should not be worn on or near babies or pets who are left unattended. Babies should not wear baby booties made from my patterns if they are walking or standing as they could slip and/or fall. Pets should not wear my bandanas unsupervised. Jo to the World Creations is not liable for any accident or incident caused by wearing products made from my crochet patterns.
