• Skill Level: Easy
• Size: The pattern creates a gift card holder that is approx. 4” wide and 3” high (not including the lip).
• Gauge: 2” x 2” = 7 sc and 7 rows in rounds.
• Yarn: Any size 4 (medium) yarn for the body and size 5 (bulky) yarn for the top.  For the body I used Impeccable by Loops & Threads. This yarn is size 4 (medium) weight and 100% acrylic. A skein is 285 yds / 260 m and 4.5 oz / 127.5 g. I used approx. 15 yds of “Cherry” (red), 5 yds of “Sunny Day” (gold/yellow) and 10 yds of “Black.” For the top, I used approx. 5 yds of Bernat Pipsqueak in “Whitey White.” This yarn is size 5 (bulky) weight. A skein is 101 yds / 92 m and 3.50 oz. / 100 g.
• Crochet Hook Size: G/6 (4.25mm) or size needed to obtain gauge.
• Other Materials: stitch marker, yarn needle, scissors and a measuring tape.
• Terminology: This pattern is written in English for right-handed crochet using standard US crochet terminology.
